30 Mystery Charms

Every package includes the number of regular Mystery Charm selections and guaranteed Honey Drops shown for the selected tier. The Mystery Charms are reusable pieces used during The Sassy Hive’s selection and reveal process. You receive the selected merchandise rather than the reusable Mystery Charms.

Your Hive Profile guides which inventory is eligible for your personalized order. Rhonda then uses the Mystery Charms to reveal the regular items and any complimentary bonus results while keeping the exact contents a surprise.

Items are selected from our changing assortment, so colors, styles, brands, combinations, and availability will vary. Photos, graphics, and previous reveal videos are examples only and do not guarantee the same items in a future order.

Similar items may occasionally appear. Your customization answers guide the curation process while the exact contents remain a surprise.

Buzzy Bonus Charms are complimentary surprise additions that may be discovered while an order is being prepared. They are not guaranteed unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise.

A Buzzy Bonus Charm applies only to the current order in which it is discovered. It cannot be transferred to another order or customer, saved for later use, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for cash value.

Purchasing a larger package does not create a promise that a Buzzy Bonus Charm will be included.

Turnaround time: Please allow 4–6 weeks for your personalized Mystery Charm order to be curated and prepared for shipment.

When selected, your Feature Video is recorded within this same 4–6 weeks turnaround period; it does not add extra processing time or influence the merchandise selected.

Shipping transit begins after your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier. Tracking information is sent when available.

Your Mystery Box may include small parts, jewelry or jewelry metals, cosmetics, ingredients, fragrance or other scented products, candles, glass, or breakable items. Products are intended for adults.

The “must not include” field helps us screen available inventory, but The Sassy Hive cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Always review each product’s label, ingredients, directions, care instructions, and manufacturer warnings before use.

Keep small pieces away from children and pets. Stop using an item if a reaction or safety concern occurs and retain the product packaging and label.

Personalized mystery selections are prepared specifically for each order. Preference-based changes, cancellations, or returns are unavailable once the reveal process begins.

We will review merchandise that arrives damaged, missing, leaking, incorrect, or unusable. Email queenbee@thesassyhive.com and include your order number, a description of the concern, and clear photos when applicable. Include a photo of the shipping package when shipping damage occurred.

We generally respond within 1–2 business days.

When a Feature Video is purchased, the submitted first name or nickname and the recorded reveal may appear on The Sassy Hive’s website and social-media channels. Do not submit a surname, address, order number, email address, or other private information as the public name.

Purchasing a Feature Video does not influence which merchandise, Honey Drops, or Buzzy Bonus Charms are selected. The add-on pays for the recording and featured-reveal service only.

To request removal from channels controlled by The Sassy Hive, email queenbee@thesassyhive.com with the order number and nickname used. Removal from The Sassy Hive’s channels cannot guarantee removal of copies previously shared or reposted by others.
